The Photoshop SIG
PhotoShop SIG - meets the second Wednesday of each month at 6 p.m. in the Sedona Elks Lodge,
hosted by Bill von Ofenheim. The emphasis of the meetings will be designed so that the PhotoShop novice or casual user can have productive fun using a very vast and diversified application without becoming intimidated by the program. Also advanced users can learn new tricks or sharpen their skills in areas which they might not have used for awhile. Learning to use the tools is primary to becoming comfortable with PhotoShop and related programs such as PhotoShop Light, PhotoShop Elements or PhotoDeluxe. If you wish to learn the concepts of retouching and manipulating photos or create original artwork, then participate in these monthly sessions.
Come learn how to have a clear workspace on your computer screen while using Photoshop. Discover how to cycle your images between various screen modes. Play with filters to change your images into stationery. Both Macintosh and PC platforms are welcome
(Adobe graphics manuals are cross-platform for Macs or Windows, Ê with just a few vocabulary parentheses to accommodate both platforms.)
